Last Minute Info Day - just over a month before the start of the winter semester, TU Ilmenau is offering prospective students the opportunity to make a last-minute decision about studying at the university on August 25. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., they can learn everything about studying and living in Ilmenau in personal conversations. In lectures they will receive detailed information about the study programs and during tours they will get to know the campus and the laboratories of the TU Ilmenau.

For all Bachelor's degree programs, numerus-clausus-free enrollment is still possible until September 15. Program and link for online participation: www.tu-ilmenau.de/lastminute

The Last Minute Info Day begins at 10 a.m. with a roundtable discussion between the Vice President for Studies and Teaching, Professor Anja Geigenmüller, the Student Council, the representative body for students at the TU Ilmenau, and the Studierendenwerk Thüringen about studying and living in Ilmenau. Starting at 11:15 a.m., the university's five faculties will present their total of 19 bachelor's and 25 master's degree programs one after the other. The roundtable discussion and presentations will take place in the Helmholtz Building on the university campus, Helmholtzplatz 2, and they will be broadcast online.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Zusebau, Helmholtzplatz 5, representatives of the university, the student council and the Studierendenwerk Thüringen will be available to answer any questions prospective students may have about studying, applications and enrollment, housing and student financing.
