The start-up services of the colleges and universities in Weimar, Jena, Ilmenau, Nordhausen and the International University of Applied Sciences IU jointly organized a unique Thuringia-wide edition of the Female Founders Stammtisch. This special networking event was aimed at (prospective) female founders from all over Thuringia and took place in the KrämerLoft in Erfurt.

The event offered participants a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and network. In addition to an inspiring panel with successful female founders, the evening also focused on socializing on the roof terrace of the KrämerLoft. Over cool drinks and snacks, the participants were able to have stimulating conversations and make valuable contacts.

Speakers Inga Hettstedt from Kulturquartier Erfurt e.V., Franziska Weser from Heartucate GmbH and Michéle Tille from CYNiO gave the participants in-depth insights into their business experiences, challenges and successes. In addition, an entertaining speed meeting gave the women the opportunity to share their own experiences and challenges. Start-up questions were also answered by the start-up advisors from the participating universities.

The event is part of the Empowering Female Founders @ Ilmkubator funding program at TU Ilmenau and is supported by EXIST-Women from the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action.
