News at the Innovation Management Group

Participation at the XXXV ISPIM Conference (International Society for Professional Innovation Management)

The Innovation Management Group participated at ISPIM Conference, which was held this year from June 09. -12., 2024, in Tallinn, Estonia.

ISPIM, which was established in 1983, is the oldest innovation network and takes place several times a year at an international level. The conference primarily promotes dialogue between science and industry and focuses on current topics relating to innovation management, such as artificial intelligence or social/sustainable innovations.

The group was represented by the three PhD students Felipa Carrara, Jakob Ebelt, and Jannik Hahn, who presented their current research on the following topics:

  • AI innovations in manufacturing companies: How manufacturing workers adopt AI (Felipa Carrara (TU Ilmenau), Elena Freisinger (TU Ilmenau), Sebastian Gerth (TU Ilmenau))
  • Prompt Engineering: A user-centred Framework (Jakob Ebelt (TU Ilmenau), Elena Freisinger (TU Ilmenau))
  • Digital and AI Creativity: A Systematic Analysis of Current Findings (Jannik Hahn (TU Ilmenau), Elena Freisinger (TU Ilmenau))
