The conference „GRUR Junge Wissenschaft – Kolloquium zum Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz, Urheber- und Medienrecht“ enables young academics to exchange ideas on content and methodology in an informal setting. It is aimed at doctoral candidates, post-doctoral students, junior professors and young professionals from the legal profession, judiciary, administration and industry and aims to offer them a forum to present their work and put it up for discussion.
The conference on 23/24 June 2023 in Potsdam will focus on questions relating to the general topic: Platforms
The topic will be examined from the perspective of intellectual property, media, competition, information and data (protection) law, taking into account the perspectives of all legal pillars and interdisciplinary approaches. The presentations will subsequently be published in a conference volume by Nomos Verlag.
