Am 21.04.2023 fand am "Centre for Social Sciences, Institute for Legal Studies, Hungarian Academy of Sciences Centre of Excellence" in Budapest der 39. CLaSF-Workshop statt. In diesem Jahr stand er unter dem Titel "Markets in Crisis: The stress test for competition law". Jun.-Prof. Dr. Juliane Mendelsohn hielt dort einen Vortrag zum Thema "When competition fails - systemic risk, capture and concentration".
