Book "Plural Governance" by de Bie and Rimbach published

The dissertation is published in the book series "Strategische Unternehmungsführung"

The dissertation thesis Plural Governance. Eine management- und organisationstheoretische Analyse sowie Effizienzbewertung von Concurrent Sourcing und Concurrent Exploitation, co-authored by Dr. Holger de Bie and Dr. Maximilian Rimbach was published by Springer Gabler Verlag.

The two authors address the question of how plural governance decisions ("make-and-buy") on the procurement and sales market side can be described and explained from a management and organization theory perspective. Based on a bibliometric analysis of the literature and a notation for value creation activities, the authors develop a systematics on the forms and characteristics of plural governance. Subsequently, the theoretical determinants and empirical findings are elaborated before a decision model for plural governance decisions is derived with an evaluation of the efficiency of different designs of plural governance.

The dissertation is published in the series "Strategische Unternehmungsführung" under the joint editorship of Professor Dr. Norbert Bach and Professor Dr. Wolfgang Buchholz.
