On 14.02.19 and 15.02.19 the annual workshop of the Scientific Commission Organization (WK ORG) of the Association of University Teachers of Business Administration (VHB) took place at the University of Münster.
At this most important conference for the subject of organization in Germany, Marcel Maurer presented a project idea that he developed together with Prof. Norbert Bach and Dr. Simon Oertel from a cooperation project with a Thuringian company. The contribution is entitled "What does it take to trigger changes in organizational identity? Lessons learned in a fourth generation family business".
