Experts Meet Up - Science meets business": "Research cooperation - where are the opportunities?"

The next event in the series "Experts Meet Up – Science meets business" on the subject of "Research cooperation – Where are the opportunities?" will take place on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 3:00 pm at the TU Ilmenau, in the Ernst-Abbe-Zentrum in Ehrenbergstraße 29 (Room 1337/1338).

• How can an exchange of information between research institutions and companies lead to a profitable transfer of knowledge and technology?
• Is it easier than expected to start cooperative research and development activities in your own company?
• What prospects does this offer for your own company?
• Where can you get quick advice and support?
   

Representatives from business and science are invited to discuss these and other questions in a small, informal setting at Experts Meet Up 2024.

Matthias Düngen (Lean Plastics Technologies GmbH), Prof. Thomas Fröhlich (TU Ilmenau, Department of Process Measurement Technology) and Tilo Werner (IHK Südthüringen) will provide impetus for the discussion forum, which will be moderated by Karsten Seifert (PolymerMat e. V.).

The "Experts Meet Up – Science Meets Business" series is jointly organized by the TU Ilmenau, the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Ilmenau and the clusters PolymerMat e. V. and ELMUG eG. As a discussion forum, the network meetings are intended to facilitate an exchange on current issues and challenges in business, science and society.
