As an institution, we strive to ensure that all members of our university can work and study in an environment that ensures safety and respect. Nevertheless, emergencies may occasionally occur or situations may arise that give rise to complaints. This page serves as a central point of contact for students and staff who need support in emergencies or wish to make a complaint. Here you will find further information and contact persons to assist you in difficult situations and to address your concerns appropriately. We encourage anyone who is facing an emergency or has a complaint to come forward, as it is only through open communication that we can maintain a positive and inclusive community.
