Cycling is healthy, easy on the wallet and good for the environment. Many employees and students at TU Ilmenau have therefore decided to do without a car altogether and use bicycles for all journeys. The university campus, with its short distances and good rail connections, is ideal for this, even for commuters from Erfurt.

Zt the end of the summer semester , in cooperation with the ADFC (Allgemeiner Deutscher Fahrradclub) Ilm-Kreis , we are once again organizing a cycling course especially for international students and staff. bicycle course on the campus. The meeting point is the Gustav-Kirchhoff-Platz (in front of the Humboldt building).
