This year, we were once again able to present research results at the IEEE PES General Meeting. Under the motto The New Electric System: Reinvention and Resilience, we discussed topics such as higher grid autonomy and protection zones in high-voltage direct current transmission grids (HVDC grids) in the impressive Seattle Convention Center.
Our colleagues Nadja Belz and Franz Linke contributed to the open discussions with interesting presentations. The General Meeting was once again an exciting opportunity for us to gain insights into the topics that are driving the industry and research, to network internationally and to listen to many more exciting presentations.
Full papers for the next General Meeting in Austin, Texas can be submitted from 07 October 2024. We look forward to seeing many colleagues in Texas next year!
