The article "Service Business Development in der Intralogistik - Strategische und organisatorische Maßnahmen bei LINDIG Fördertechnik" , co-authored by Prof. Bach, Prof. Geigenmüller and Mr. Lindig, has now been published in Volume 2 of the book Service Business Development.
The article first discusses findings from the literature on service business development before presenting a case study of a company that was able to achieve above-average growth with the help of service business development.
