Online Yoga-Course

From 14 August to 2 October, a free online yoga class will be held every Wednesday from 7.30 am to 8.30 am.

Whether at home or in the office, you can switch on in front of your own screen and do something good for yourself. In addition to mobility and flexibility, yoga can also contribute to relaxation and strengthening. Ideal for the often strained and aching back.
