The 84th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM) 2024 was held this year in Chicago. With more than 10,000 participants, this meeting is the largest and most important conference in the field of management worldwide.
Two full-paper submissions from the Management/Organization Group were accepted in the Organizational Behavior division of AOM:
- The Role of Personal Resources on Managers’ Innovative Work Behavior (Rrezon Lajçi & Norbert Bach and Gentrit Berisha/University of Prishtina)
- Workplace Belongingness and Management Support as Prerequisites for Innovative Work Behavior (Gentrit Berisha & Drin Govori from University of Prishtina/Kosovo and Rrezon Lajçi)
