Ausgewählte Methoden zur Charakterisierung der hydrodynamischen Bedingungen bei der elektrolytischen Metallabscheidung. - In: Galvanotechnik, ISSN 0016-4232, Bd. 96 (2005), 3, S. 560-570

Eine wichtige Kenngröße der elektrochemischen Metallabscheidung ist die Hydrodynamik vor der Elektrode, die vor allem bei stark strukturierten Oberflächen, Mikrosystemen oder auch der Legierungsabscheidung eine erhebliche Rolle bei der Erzielung von zufriedenstellenden Ergebnissen spielt. Zur Erfassung der entsprechenden Kenngrößen dienen Methoden wie die Diffusionsgrenzstrommessung oder die diffusionskontrollierte Abscheidung bzw. Auflösung. Die Durchführung und Auswertung der Ergebnisse wird an einem sauren Kupferelektrolyten demonstriert. Mit der Sichtbarmachung von Strömungsbildern in Form von Strömungsmessungen wird vor allem dem Praktiker eine Möglichkeit der unkomplizierten Erfassung von Strömungsverhältnissen vor Elektroden aufgezeigt.
