Bei den vorgestellten Komposit-Materialien, die aus einer Elastomermatrix und darin dispergierten magnetischen Partikeln besteht, ist die Ausrichtung der Partikel von entscheidender Bedeutung für die rheologischen und dynamisch-mechanischen Eigenschaften. Der Artikel beschreibt und erklärt den Einfluss der Prozessparameter Temperatur, Zeit und magnetische Flußdichte während der Vulkanisation der Elastomere auf die Partikelorientierung und damit die Anisotopie der mechanischen Eigenschaften sowie den erzielbaren magnetorheologischen Effekt.
